Welcome to the April 21 Day Challenge. This month's challenge is about creating achievement through daily practice from April 8 to April 28 and removing blocks you have around your goals. This challenge combines 2 modalities: meditation + journaling to achieve the best results.

How the program works.

  1. Every week you will receive an email containing a folder with 7 days of meditation + journal combined to complete.  
  2. Annie will post on stories daily to remind you of the day's assignment. 
  3. It is important to download the folder and save on your desk top or phone to access. 
  4. Emails usually wind up in spam so it's important to check there. 

One day will be meditation and the next day will be a journal you listen to and so forth. Doing this program consistently  from beginning to end is what will yield results.
