April 21 Days to Achievement Challenge
Welcome to the April 21 Day Challenge. This month's challenge is about creating achievement through daily practice from April 8 to April 28 and removing blocks you have around your goals. This challenge combines 2 modalities: meditation + journaling to achieve the best results.
How the program works.
- Every week you will receive an email containing a folder with 7 days of meditation + journal combined to complete.
- Annie will post on stories daily to remind you of the day's assignment.
- It is important to download the folder and save on your desk top or phone to access.
- Emails usually wind up in spam so it's important to check there.
One day will be meditation and the next day will be a journal you listen to and so forth. Doing this program consistently from beginning to end is what will yield results.
