Everything is energy. The most sacred place is your living quarters and after that is your work space.
Step 1: Cleaning and organizing both areas is one of the most powerful things you can do at the end of the year to bring good energy to both.
That means hitting up each area one by one and detoxing it with cleaning products. Move around furniture, broom, vacuum and Windex every crevice in the kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom. Aim at doing one section a day if it seems like a lot at once. Chances are you'll get hooked once you feel that static energy transmute into calming energy. Also, think about donating items you no longer use, and tossing items that no longer serve a purpose in your life.
Step 2: Next, comes the spiritual cleansing. We highly recommend burning White Sage which has a calming aroma and is known to energetically remove all energy. Light some and go into each area and purifying it. If for some reason you can't get your hands on sage. Frankincense or Dragon's Blood incense are wonderful as purifiers and can be ignited in each room. Can't get those either? Luckily, your nearest grocery store has lemons which naturally way to do the same thing. Many cultures believe that leaving a slice of lemon in each room will soak up toxic energy aside from giving you a boost of energy. Sounds strange? Historically, it's the one ingredient found in medicines as well as cleaning supplies because of its detoxing properties. It's no wonder our Lemon Candle is our best seller.
3. Lastly, your personal energy also needs a little TLC, too. One of the best ways to do that is with a calming loving bath. Our favorite is a salt bath. Like the ocean, bathing with salt is natural way to reduce stress, improve circulation and uplift one's mood. You can clean yourself with soap and water first and then toss in the salt and soak till you feel clean. It doesn't matter if it's table salt or Himalayan, both will do the trick. You can also do a shower version. Same style except you'll toss salt onto your body, scrub all over and wash.
Wishing you many blessings in 2018. xx
